SkyLines festival 2022 ends with a new show from celebrated poet, musician and BBC Radio 4 favourite, John Hegley.
With a combination of poems, drawings and songs (and possibly even some dancing), join us as John closes down this year’s SkyLines festival with laughter, good cheer, and the unexpected.
Alongside a number of newly composed pieces touching on John Keats’s letters and leisure activities, expect a combination of new pieces and species, and a batch selected from an extensive back catalogue. Includes some plant-based material and rhyming language.
The show is designed in the main for adults, but may be of interest to the odd nine-year-old.
Running from 15 – 17 July, SkyLines is a brand-new festival of poetry and spoken word in Coventry, co-produced by Nine Arches Press and Writing West Midlands.
