Host Dining's pop-up restaurant returns to our beautifully refurbished Nineteen 58 restaurant and bar.
This exclusive evening will feature a new tasting menu from acclaimed local chef, Sarah Jenkins.
Sarah is the owner of Host Dining Coventry, a private catering company focusing on tasting menus as well as other private dining events.
Sarah has catered for touring bands, collaborated with local chefs, hosted recipe classes at Coventry’s Pod, and is currently working with Tobias Reutt of Earlsdon Supper Club, producing bespoke tasting menus.
Sarah presents this tasting menu with Katie Gaskin. Katie is a UCB culinary arts alum from Coventry, who has worked in fine dining restaurants and hotels for over six years, having worked in the UK and America at 5 star resorts, also heading up the kitchen at Coventry’s own Green Dragon restaurant. She also takes time to produce exciting and innovative tasting menus and events under RAE private dining.
