See the set for Nora in B2

Posted on 26 January 2012

Here are some photographs of the set for Nora, which was designed by Naomi Watson. The set is now up in B2 and the cast and crew are going through the technical rehearsals in time for the opening show on Sat 31 Jan 2012. Watch this interview with the director, Patricia Benecke to find out more about the technical rehearsal process.

The action takes place in the living room of a family home at Christmas time and to represent the timeless and universal nature of the play it is not set in a specific time period. The set features a fish tank containing real fish which are intended to represent Nora’s feeling of being trapped. Watch this interview with the set designer, Naomi Watson, to find out more about the set and why they chose this design.
