Inside The Wardrobe of the Spanish Golden Age Season

Posted on 2 April 2014

With our Spanish Golden Age Season currently playing in the B2 Auditorium, we decided to take a trip backstage to find out exactly what goes into staging these rarely-performed classics of Spanish theatre, A Lady Of Little Sense, Punishment Without Revenge and Don Gil Of The Green Breeches.

In the first of our backstage video blog exclusives, we chat to wardrobe assistant Leah from the Arcola Theatre in London about creating and maintaining the 60+ lavish, period costumes that feature in the season! Take a look at the video below for a rare glimpse inside the wardrobe of this feast of 17th Century Spanish theatre.
