TED talks are coming to Coventry for the first time and tickets are now on sale!

TEDx has been to Birmingham, Warwick and Leamington Spa and now, for the first time ever, Coventry will be hosting its very own TEDx event.

The TEDx Program is independently organised and designed to help communities, organizations and individuals to spark conversation and connection through local TED-like experiences. Consequently, this event is completely non-profit, having been planned and made a reality by a group of dedicated volunteers who really embrace and care about the program’s philosophy – ideas worth spreading.

At TEDxCoventry Rebooted, you will have the opportunity to watch a combination of live presenters, TED Talks videos and performances that spark deep conversation, thought provoking discussion and inspiration over a day – the ultimate brain spa experience. The event, themed Rebooted, will celebrate Coventry’s culture and workforce, whilst also giving recognition to the increasingly digital era we now find ourselves in.

This year’s event will run from 10am to approximately 4:30pm on 23 June 2018, featuring eight speakers and a number of performances including Casey Bailey, Danny Azhar, Jesal Pankhania and Eternal Taal all hosted by a comedian, Funny Francis.

Please note: as all TEDx program guidelines require that all events are recorded for publication on youtube and the TED website, by purchasing a ticket to this event you are agreeing to take part in event photography and videography as undertaken by the event organisers.
