Have you always wanted to try your hand at acting, learn more about theatre, or maybe you’re just looking for an opportunity to meet new people? Our Adult Acting Classes are the perfect way to develop new skills, stretch your creativity, build your confidence and have lots of fun.

These practical theatre workshops are open to anyone aged 16+ and are led by our experienced theatre practitioners. Each term we focus on a different theme or style of theatre practice, so there’s always something new to learn.

This term we’ll be looking at Improvisation. The art of improvisation involves imagination, quick-thinking and creativity. During this term we’ll use a combination of established theatre techniques and games to help you develop the skill of spontaneity in acting and unleash your creative potential.

No previous experience is necessary to take part in these workshops. Just bring comfortable clothing and footwear, a bottle of water, and an open mind!

Adult Acting Classes take place on Friday evenings from 6.30pm – 8.30pm at the Belgrade Theatre. See ‘Ticket Information’ on the right for specific dates this term.

We like to be able to send you an email before the Acting Classes begin, with all of the useful information you need to know. Therefore, please make sure you provide us with a relevant email address when you book.
